Instructions
Step 1: Pre heat oven to 180 degrees
Step 2: Place Salmon on a baking tray. Spread 1 tablespoon of mustard on each of the fillits. Sprinkle with Parsly.
Step 3: Put into the oven and bake for approx 15 mins( Cooking time will depend on how you prefer your salmon cooked)
Step 4: Remove Salmon from the oven and allow to rest for while you are cooking your vegetables
Step 5: Steam Vegies
6. Plate up and enjoy.
* This can also be enjoyed by cooking your Salmon on the BBQ and can be served with Vegetables or Salad of your choice. |
