Why do I need a Personal Trainer?

Do you have trouble finding the time to go to the gym? Then when you do get to the gym, do you always know what exercises are safe, functional and efficient? How about motivation? Do you struggle to push out those extra reps or work at the right intensity? Staying motivated, working consistently at the right intensity, and monitoring progress is a time consuming and difficult task.

However, working with your own Personal Trainer can alleviate many of these issues. Your trainer will help you effectively utilise your time, keep you motivated and monitor your progress, making changes to your program as required. As a result, many people who employ Personal Trainers report substantial improvements in the physical results they attain.

What does Personal Training involve?

Imagine removing all the guesswork from your training sessions? With Achieve Personal Training you will no longer be researching and writing programs, we do all the hard work for you...plus we match your program to your goals. All you need to do is turn up for your appointment dressed in your workout gear. Achieve Personal Training will supply you with a cold bottle of water for your workout, a fresh towel to use within your session and constant motivation in an effective and challenging workout designed to help you achieve your goals faster.

Session Length

Sessions are 45 minutes in length. Sessions will become quite intense once your body is primed for the work to come.

Session Structure

Exact session structure depends on goals but will always include:

  • Functional weight training - To tone and strengthen muscles, boost metabolism and strengthen bones, tendons and ligaments.
  • Cardiovascular conditioning - To burn fat; each personal training session will begin with some boxing drills.
  • Full body stretching - To improve flexibility and joint range of motion and aid in recovery.
