A very approachable country boy at heart I grew up in the small town of Parkes in NSW (The Dish!).My fitness career started when I was in high school weighing in at a whopping 110kgs in year 10. With great dedication and the right information about training and nutrition given to me by my PE Teacher, I carved away at the fat that was stopping me living a normal and happy life. Two years down the track I reached the 80kg mark and started playing football making the North Sydney Bears Jersey Flegg & Melbourne Storm Premier League teams.

I owe my fitness achievements to all the trainers and fitness professionals who have helped and inspired me. This is the reason I recommend a Personal Trainer to everybody out there even pro's as they not only give you the right knowledge on every aspect of training, fitness and great health, they also inspire and push you to work your hardest in order to reach your goals. My main drive as a personal trainer is pure and simple: to assist you in experiencing the sweet taste of a healthier and fitter YOU. I also believe life is to be enjoyed and that includes enjoying the experience of maintaining our well-being.


I am currently studying a bachelor of exercise science at the University of Queensland and have an Advanced Diploma in Sports Management. I am a fully qualified Master Trainer with a certificate IV in Fitness. Along with my studies I have over 6 years experience in the fitness industry and make it a passion to be up to date in all fitness, health and well-being matters.
