Instructions
Step 1: Pre-heat your oven to 180 degrees.
Step 2: Grease and line a cake tin.
Step 3: In a food processor combine chickpeas and orange juice to form a smooth paste.
Step 4: Add one egg at a time into the food processor blending after each.
Step 5: In a separate bowl combine all other ingredients. Add in chickpea mix and stir.
Step 6: Pour the mix into the cake tin and bake in your oven for approx 50 minutes.
Step 7: Slightly cool and then turn out onto a cooling rack.
Serve warm (if it's a little bitter then you can sprinkle a teaspoon of icing sugar over the top)
